Easter Preparation
Dear Sisters and Brothers of the Provo YSA 10th Stake,
The First Presidency has invited all of us to focus on Jesus Christ and His Resurrection during this Easter season. Among the many ways we draw nearer to our Savior is through participating in events that help us reflect on and worship the Savior and through acts of service to bless the lives of our Heavenly Father’s children.
Listed below are many opportunities that are available to us. We invite you to consider how you might incorporate these into your efforts to focus on Christ and celebrate the glorious reason for the Easter season.

• 9-12 April – YSA Temple Experience
• 12 Apr (Sat) Holy Week Events at the Multi-Stake Building (352 N 900 E, Provo)
o 10.00 AM-4.00 PM - Day of Service - birthday boxes for foster children & other projects.
o 6.15 PM - Light Dinner
o 7.00 PM - Free Concert with J209 - Christ-centered voices building the bridges of faith
o 8.00 PM - Epic Multi-stake Dance
• 13 Apr (Sun) Journey to Easter: Holy Week Reflections

• 16 Apr (Wed) John Hilton III - Easter devotional (Special Institute Night)

In addition, the Provo Communication Council of the Church has coordinated several activities to serve local charities and our interfaith community on Saturday, April 12, which we encourage you to consider.
This would be a good opportunity for FHE groups, EQ/RS groups, and ward activities.

• Assignments include meal service, planting and harvesting in the hydroponics greenhouse, hygiene room organization, client activities (games or other interactive activities between clients and volunteers), and entertainment.
